Eclosions

An audiovisual performance by artists Emna Mâaref and Milton Riaño, Eclosions combines live sound with laser beams. Inspired by the final stage of an insect’s metamorphosis, the piece explores the moment when the chrysalis finally opens, allowing a new form to emerge. This transformation unfolds in space through layered soundscapes, slivers of distorted light, and shifting visual layers. Built around fragments of memory and circular sound patterns, the performance evokes cycles of rebirth and transformation, creating an immersive and hypnotic experience.
